All our mockups come in PSD (Photoshop) format. You simply need to have Adobe Photoshop installed, open the file, and use the designated smart layers to insert your designs. Each product comes with an instruction guide.
3. Are your mockups customizable?
Absolutely! Our mockups are designed to be fully adjustable, from the fabric style, print options, hangtags, to the background settings. This gives you the freedom to present your designs in the most authentic way possible.
4. What software do I need to use the mockups?
Our mockups are designed for Adobe Photoshop. We recommend having the latest version installed for the best experience, though most features should work with Photoshop CS6 and newer.
5. Can I use the mockups for commercial projects?
Yes, all our mockups can be used for both personal and commercial projects. However, you cannot resell or distribute our mockups.
6. How do I receive updates on the mockups I’ve purchased?
Whenever we release an update for a mockup you've purchased, you'll receive an email notification with a link to download the updated files. Remember, all our mockups come with a lifetime of free updates!
7. I’m having technical issues with a mockup. What should I do?
